elfergos: I picked up the nobleman figuring early and as I knew Triss would soon vanish I quickly headed over to talk to her, I had the option but when Triss suggested to decompress the figurine I only got the option "later."

I cut my losses and waited until later on in the game when I had the opportunity to talk to her again, by which point I had both nobleman and soldier figurines. I completed all the quests until I could talk to her about the figurines again, but I still only have the response for Geralt as "later."
