Sorry for this noob question....So i want to buy the DLCs but which of the two method? the expansion pass or the two
seperate expansion or... is it the same? sorry for the english..

Expansion Pass contains both Blood and Wine and Hearts of Stone expansions, so yes, buying it is the same as buying the two individually

The pricing difference makes no more sense though. Why keep Expansion pass in the store after all the content is out there anyway?...
