The whole game is running in slow motion, the cinematic videos and the gameplay. Any one who know a solution to this?

turn off the galaxy overlay

it appears to be a know issue with manual targeting ranged, IE xbow, gernades. they are working on a fix and stated they would have a fix for the next patch if you go far enough back in the auto saves, you can clear the issue, and just avoid using the Xbow till the patch.

also it was mentioned on the CDproject forums to enter a menu like signs, then exit, should clear it.
