Haven't played in a few months and wanted to come back to W3 but now i get this error message whenever i try to launch the game...

A quick search on google seems to indicte it has to do with the debug mode?
I think i tried something with this once to get the free camera for screenshots etc.

Reinstalling the game has no effect and the error persists.

Also i remember the gamma slider being glitched in my game. As in the slider is maxxed and everything was still so dark you couldn't see a thing at night.

If any of you guys could help me out here what would be great.

Are you using GOG Galaxy?

You should try install it without GOG Galaxy. Maybe it will help.

Try to remove dsound.dll file found in "The Witcher 3\bin\x64" folder. After this verify the file integrity through Galaxy. As for gamma, this is probably a driver issue. Try different drivers for your graphics card. I suggest something from the 39X series, because later versions can have problems with The Witcher 3.
