I watched a video where Geralt ends up with Ciri in White Orchard. A happy ending.
I end up having to kill an old crone in vellen marshes then the game ends with me left unattached.
I know that who you land up with in the end depends on your decisions made
throughout the quests interactions. Unfortunately I had an affair with all the women I could at the time.
(like in real life???)

If you hunted down the last crowe at the end of the game, Ciri died.

If you want to end up with Triss, you can't romance Yen and vice versa. You can romance all the other women without consequences.
As expected, the decisions you make decide Ciri's faith.
