You can't be serious. Not even 100kb/s download speed for the witcher 3. It means around 11 hours for one package of 4 GB files.

I think this is my last purchase from gog

Yes, really. Getting between 85 - 115 kb/s from a bandwith of 1600 kb/s.

And now it's down to 70 kb/s

jep, same for me. Yesterday pre-load ~12,3mb/s, now (language files, patch) ~0,08mb/s (80kb/s)...

Are you guys using the browser?

If so you might want to use the gog downloader instead, as it's much faster than browsers.

However, if you're using the downloaders I'm wondering if you are using VPN or proxies.

no proxy, no vpn, GOG Downloader max. 1 MB/s.
With my Connection 100Mbit/s ( 12MB/s) should be possible

Yes of course I'm using a browser. If I wanted to install via a shitty client I would have used steam.

And no: no proxy, no vpn - pure html.

And now it's down to 65 kb/s

With this speed I can never download Witcher 3 because i can't let it run for 15 hours straight.

I'm thinking about a refund right now.

i can confirm that download speed is much better with the launcher / downloader.
Doing 0.4MB right now up to 0.8MB.

Still it's not what i could do (200 MBit Cable) but at least i dont have 16 * 7 h to wait ...

It's getting slower by the minute. Yes of course, it's evening here in Europe, more people are downloading. A trivial and well known fact. Which makes GOG look like bloody n00bs in the business of digital releases, wow. Oo

I´m at 100-200 KB/s, but that´s still too slow imo.... i hope this speed will change :/ (Ger)

Well - I try to use the downloader, but it isn`t going any faster at all...

...it`s currently running at 250 Kb/s... for a complete download of 22 GB?
