Hi,

I installed witcher 3 without going through steam or GOG.

So i was wondering if it's possible to download the patches / DLC from GOG without galaxy?

And if i were to install galaxy, would it work like steam? Would i have to run galaxy to play witcher?
Or can i use it to download the patches and DLC, apply them and just dont bother to run galaxy afterwards?

Went without Galaxy EVER.

You need the GOG account, and after purchasing your account will contain all there is for W3.
You then can decide to download using the GOG downloader or any downloader of your choice (the GOG downloader works pretty well, so ...).

So yes: no Galaxy is needed, had not been, will not be.

Don't forget to add the 'WITCHER 3: WILD HUNT, THE - FREE DLC PROGRAM' to your account for the DLC to show. Only needs doing once.

I had just installed from disc without redeeming at GOG.
So i couldn't find any of the downloads there.:p
