Hi guys I got a pretty good connection , usually DL at 25 / 30 MB / s , but when I want to install TW3, it's never more than 1.5 MB , what's happening ?

Tried to check out my settings, nothing to fix that

I live in a country whose government will tell you that 98% of people are on super fast internet, yet I never get above 1.3 MB / s. Think yourself lucky.

Did you try downloading other games? Is their download speed slow as well? Maybe you were unlucky and the servers were busy for a while for some reason. Try to download at other time of day and let us know if it's any better. Also you might try to download the offline installers directly through your web browser.
