I downloaded "THE WITCHER 3: WILD HUNT" (26 GB). Do I need to download "WITCHER 3: WILD HUNT, THE" (22GB) from "More", then "DOWNLOAD" EXTRAS , to make the game work? Sorry for my English.

Hey, the game is not released yet, so we will have to wait till May 19th for the game to work.

"More"->"Download Extras" contains offline installer. If you downloaded TW3 (26GB) via Galaxy clicking "Install" on the game page, then it's ready, just wait till 19th.

Well so far none of the expansions are out yet, so there's nothing to download anyway. Or are you talking about something else?
