Witcher 3 was running fine until 4.02, now I'm getting two occasional weird glitches. Sometimes Geralt will go straight through closed doors. I think these are generally doors that a supposed to be locked closed, or at least for a time during story segments. I first noticed it when going after Whoreson in his hideout and just had it happen again with Hattori after he runs off post deal. I ran up to the door and it took a few seconds to trigger the cutscene but before that Geralt moved right through the closed door, the animation never triggered he just went right through. I've also noticed an increase in dialogue cutscene glitches, characters suddenly clipping into walls and not appearing correctly on camera, this is rare but happening when it did not prior to 4.02.

this harmless bug i had mostly in Toissant at Dun Tynne is open but unpaasable door, while "Vampire Attack" mission lots of corner doors at Beaclaire plazas were passable, and fully empty big ghost rooms inside. Also in Novigrad few "locked" ghost doors, BUT that was also on earlier Nextgen version.
