This latest patch 'fixed' something that to me was not broken. We are no longer able to click 'empty' chests. Which means, for example, if we used the console to give us a diagram, and we get the quest later, we can't clear it out of our quest list.
I know that my first play through was extremely buggy. I missed the ability to et the endings I would have preferred because certain triggers never happened for me. For example, Because I am 'silly' after killing Whoreson Jr. I 'roleplayed' my leaving the estate and I found a way out through persistence and lots of jumping that allowed me to leave the premises without triggering an important questline. I didn't even know I was breaking the game until it came close to the end, well beyond many hours of play and saves and by that time I just resigned myself to it and decided I would do it on a second playthrough.
Because, as I discovered, there was no 'ng+' type situation for my second playthrough I simulated this by using the console to bring myself up to where I was on my last playthrough. But I still liked they 'exploring' and following the wither maps/clues for the scematics and it was working fine until patch 1.08 left me with an inability to complete some treasure hunt quests.
While I like the game, I'm not sure a third playthrough is in the cards for me, so its frustrating that patches are implemented that prevent completion of quests. I _understand_ that I broke it by giving myself the schematic to match a prior play through, but at the time I could still complete the quests (and tested it) by going to the locations and clicking the chests.
I'm also still not able to get achievements even though I disabled the console by removing the files/directories completely.
