So I already have the base game installed. I just purchsed the 2 DLCs.
Now it says in my library that I have the base game and the GoY edition. When I went to install the DLC, I went to the GoY and said install. Now it says I have a 36 GB size to DL. Give the base game is currently 32GB, does this mean GOG is DLing the entire GoY edition? Is there any way to just get the DLCs with my base game.

I'm on a 300GB data cap, and this is 10% of that which I would like to avoid...

You told it to install the GOTY, so of course that's what it's doing. If you want just the DLCs and not the GOTY, just download them and install, or if you use Galaxy, tell Galaxy to update your game and it will, DLCs included.

i didnt have to download evrything myself, but i do believe that the best option is to just go in and individualy download the dlc's. then go kill as many cows as possible, trust me its worth it.
