Hello, I have a problem with free DLC, because I do not have alternative costumes, crossbow, skellige armor, but I have a Temerian and this additional quest. What should I do to have all these DLCs?

Just click on the game in your library on GOG and it'll offer you a download link for all 16 pieces of free DLC. I have the game on Steam, not GOG, but if I click on it I still see the option (see picture).
