OK I have the new DLC but dont see where in the game to go to access the new areas or quests?

If it's installed properly you should get a quest in your quest log after you have completed Prologue.

Well it says installed and I see some new things and it says hearts is installed but no prologue or anything . What do you think is wrong or do I have to do something else?

Prologue, is the tutorial area (White Orchard) at the start of a new game, just before you enter no man's land (Velen).
After you complete that you enter chapter 1, and you should get a new quest with a blue title in your quest log, hard to miss.

Figured it out had to check the boxes and then it downloaded the game.
