Couple of things on my wish list:

(1) Customizable armor and armor colors;
(2) New high-level monsters (they could add a few new monster contracts, guarded treasures or place new monsters near quest locations);
(3) Fifth faction for Gwent
(4) Viper School armor
(5) Any additional Triss content, though this seems like an extreme long shot right now

I think there are a lot of stuff mentioned here that should be part of the patching and balancing cycle of the game and not be wasted on the last piece of DLC... Eagerly waiting ;)

Well this was pretty dissappointing. I dont see how New Game + is that big of a deal. Some of the stuff we mentioned was much better!
