Is there a mod that just increases enemy health and damage?

I was browsing the nexus and all I found were total overhauls that change almost everything including Geralts skills, health and damage.

Do any of you know how I can change these settings by myself?

Would appreciate your help, thanks in advance.

I'm playing with a weakened quen and with more skilled human enemies.
Not sure if something like that is what you're searching for, but deathmarch with a weaker quen is definitely noticeable.
I think humans are fine as they are, it's the monsters that are just way too easy.
Especially the bear and werewolf.
Bears are pretty much the easiest enemies there are, you just need to dodge and then you have 4-5 free hits.
Doesn't make sense that drowners, wolves and nekkers are more dangerous.

The fiend was also very disappointing, even worse that you got help from 10 npcs.

The problem with drowners, wolves and nekkers is they are far faster than any witcher -- which is bullshit -- and so they can effectively stun-lock you, especially at low vitality levels and if you're not prepared. I also have an issue with fist fighting. A blow from a fist more often than not takes off more vitality than a bandit's sword. It's maddening.
