Has anyone got the Dandelion or Milva cards when starting with the Blood and Wine DLC?
I seems strange you could collect every card except two.

During 'A Matter of Life and Death' you can play gwent. The Milva card is won from 1 of the players. You get the Dandelion card when you win that tournament.

Except you can't do "A Matter of Life and Death" if you start from the DLC.
The other gwent cards that are locked to the main quests have alternate means of getting them when you play just the DLC.
But it seems, not those two.

Sorry, I have no idea. I always play from the start.
You can probably add them with a console command.
