From what ive heard, you can pre-load (instal the game); however, everytime i try to install, i get failed or failed to connect to server. i am loged in and i have clicked that connect button too, but still nothing.

I assume you are trying to install the game via GOG Galaxy. If you are, try using GOG downloader to download the files, and then install the game manually. Don't worry, GOG Galaxy will detect the game automatically.

I wouldn't count on that. - In my case, Galaxy wiped the whole folder that the GOG Downloader built after fetching the install packages when it tried to sync...

I can't say that the same will happen with you (if @TBreaker20 said it works, probably he saw it working), but as a friendly advice: stay the hell away from Galaxy for now, at least for the game download part.

On a interesting note: this bug is only happening with TW3, for some weird reason.

I figured it out, i clicked on more -> download extras -> game installer

it worked once i clicked it. thank you guys !

I can confirm Galaxy automatically detected installed TW3. But I agree with your advice to stay away from Galaxy at least for now and for users who just want to play and not test new beta software.
