After the Update the game wont lunch and the Error code 0xc0000007b showed up
Which update are you referring to? GotY version upgrade or one of the patches?

If you are using gog Galaxy try to verify/repair the installation.

If you installed manually, try installing the patched version from scratch, or uninstall/reinstall the game. Some data could have become corrupted.

By the way, specific tech support should be asked at CDPR forums, like there. If someone is able to decipher those codes, it should be the devs.
