In the Open Sesame section of Blood and Wine, I can't figure out how to obtain either the ingredients and/ or instructions for the Cleansing Mixture. Do I make it myself from a recipe or buy it from an apothecary? Something else?
Right now I'm stalled in this quest for lack of the mixture.

Scroll down to the quest section at the bottom of your alchemy tab -- the recipe is added by the quest. The ingredients are common, so if you don't have them all visit the herbalist.

First, I will certainly mark this as a solution when I (we?) reach a solution. I still have a problem.
I am in the Witcher Seasonings subsection of the bank heist. I have recruited Eveline (burglar) and Quinto (safe cracker) and sent them both back to the alchemist's hut. I have ransacked my alchemy and crafting pages for any indication of a recipe page. There is nothing under the Quests section of Alchemy and nothing I recognize in Crafting.

Perhaps I should restart this quest? I must have missed something that triggered the placement of the Cleansing Mixture in alchemy.. Do you have any other ideas. Do I need the explosives guy? Really frustrating. I have read through all the online walk-throughs I can find, but they just gloss over the formula issue.

Your further advice would be great. Thanks!
