Hello,
I would like to complain about the quest in which you must track down a serial killer. I think it has been badly scripted so as to force you into not being able to finish it in the correct way.
I did all the investigation thoroughly, examined all the pieces of evidence, talked to everyone just to end up not catching the right killer.
The main reason behind this is that if you don't read the biographies of the characters you meet in this quest you have no idea that they are suspects. This is mainly because all of them are helpers normally and so it does not even come to mind that the quest considers them as potential suspects. It's like you've just been robbed by an unknown man, go to the police station, fill a lawsuit and then discover that the robber was no other than the policeman who took your complain. That is stupid because at no point in the quest are you given clues that there might be several suspects or that something is amiss with more than one suspect.
Furthermore I said the quest was badly scripted because after you kill the temple guard in the brohel you have no option to further investigate. I knew that it was not the end right after I killed him, mainly because the modus operandi did not match the previous crime scenes. i tried to investigate, searched the brothel but nay, the devs had decided that as a player I had failed just because I had drawn my sword against a man who was threatening me with a hot iron. This is a breach against agency for the sake of mocking players, taunting us who invested so much time into the quest. I did everythng like Sherlock Holmes would have done, and yet I am taunted by this miserable serial killer!
i knew that it was not the temple guard, but the game would not let me continue even though I was not fooled! This is unbelievable!!!!
