what happened ? , you use to be able to use skill points to upgrade an aquired skill 5 times now i cant for some reason .

That's not really enough information. I can use skill points to upgrade skills, so give us a little more to work with, since the problem isn't with the game itself.

Are you trying to upgrade a skill that only goes to 2 or 3? Are you trying to upgrade a skill that needs more points in the skill family before you can get it? What skill or skills?

im sorry i guess the skills i tired to upgrade can only be ugraded 3 times .
