I bought today the Complete Edition. I added to D:\witcher3\bin\config\base\general.ini the line DBGConsoleOn=true but i can't open the console ingame. Every key descripted in the net did not work, eg F2^Ö~! and so on.

All mods for the console a horribly outdated.

How can i use the console?
