Hi,

I installed patch 1.21 and Blood and Wine today and verified the game a few times.
But I can't see my game saves, I only can start a New Game.
The game saves are still there on my PC, but The Witcher 3 doesn't find them.

I don't want to start a new game, Geralt was on Level 41 and I had nearly all Gwent Cards :(
And I also don't want to play only Blood and Wine with the configured Geralt on Level 34.

Please help me!!

I was soooooo looking forward to playing the game.

As far as I've read, you're the only one with this particular problem. I've some questions and suggestions, but you may want to attach one of your save files for people to test.

• Where exactly are your save files?

Mine are in "Documents/The Witcher 3/ gamesaves".

• What OS are you on?

I'm on Windows 8.1 Pro and I've had no problems whatsoever.

• Did you try running the Galaxy Client and the game with administrative rights?

Attempt to verify game files again while running an instance of the client as admin just in case.

• Have you been playing a modded instance of the game with those save files?

The "The Witcher 3" folder in Documents also holds user settings. You could make a backup of the entire folder, then delete it, then run the game for it to be auto-generated again and then copy only the "gamesaves" folder back into it. That's all that comes to mind right now.

Thank you SO MUCH for your help!!!

My game saves were not in Documents/The Witcher 3/gamesaves - the file was empty.

The game saves were in C/GOG games and I just copied them in the documents folder.
That's all and now all my game saves are in the game and I can play Blood and Wine with my level 41 Geralt :)
