It looks like you have downloaded the actual files, not installed the game through Galaxy. What happens is that since the game is not installed and you haven't linked it to Galaxy it will try to re-download TW3 again.

What I would do:
1. wait until the game is released, download the day 1 patch
2. install the game
3. go to Galaxy, select TW3 from your library
4. select More > Manage > Import folder
5. Select the actual game folder
6. TW3 is imported in Galaxy and you can play through it
Ok. So i try to install the game manually

You install it manually, then you can simply add it to Galaxy the way I described above, so you will have access to Galaxy features.
Thanks. works perfect :)

A small tweak to your algorithm, if you don't mind. You can install the game before the release. If Galaxy was setup to to install games to same folder, it will pick the game up automatically, no need in manual import. On the release day Galaxy will download missing parts if in "Configure" sub-menu auto-update was enabled (it is by default). So all steps go down to these:
1. Make sure Galaxy is setup correctly.
2. Install TW3.
3. Wait for the release day.

So If I downloaded from GOG Galaxy I dont need download it manually from site right? Because I am don't really understand how it works since the size its only 26GB

If you install game from Galaxy, you get uncompressed ready-to-play game, no installer. I prefer download installers as they are smaller in size and give you ability to re-install games any time. In case of something going wrong you'll have to re-download the game with Galaxy.
