I got this game free when I bought the GTX 970 and I am not sure if that is the case. When I try to "buy" or "purchase" the free DLC, it brings me an error saying "something went wrong". I also don't have the DLC option in my configurations. Here is the screenshot when I try to "buy" the free DLC.

Looks like there is something wrong with the purchase of the base game - you need it to be able to "Purchase" the free DLC's
