Hello,
I bought the Season Pack a while ago, I played the HOS DLC without any problems.
Now I want to download BAW DLC but I had some problems with the patch versions, so I reinstalled Witcher 3 and the new patch through GOG Downloader. I've read that you need HOS and Free DLC Program, to be able to download BAW.
The thing is, because I can't download anything from GOG Galaxy, I had to use GOG Downloader, but I can't find the link to HOS, in the site it just doesn't recognize the purchase of the Expansion Pack, even tho in the GOG Galaxy does. So I can't download HOS and I can't download BAW...

HELP!!

Update: Now not even in Gog Galaxy recognize that I bought the Expansion Pack.
So I attached a guarantee of the purchase.

Don't know about finding it in Galaxy.
For the GOG downloader, you can find it in your library. Search for Witcher and click on Witcher 3.
You can find a link under DLC. That goes for both a direct download link and the GOG downloader links.

Yeah, I've sent them an email, do you know how much will they take to answer back?

No idea how long they take to respond to a support case, though in my experience it's usually within 1 working day.
You could send 1 of the blues a PM if you see them online. Judas is online quite often, don't know about the others.

Got the same problem. I bought the expansion pass and now it won´t let me download HoS or BaW.

Please post the result if you can start a conversation with a team member. I also already wrote a support ticket; will keep you updated.

So far I got not response from anyone. I'll keep this post updated as soon as it gets fixed.

look in gog downloader links [from the menu] blood and wine / hearts of stone / 16 dlc are at the foot of the page under MacOS

I don't use galaxy as I have a low computer, download the game Manually and import the game into galaxy [if you into achivements]

I already got it fixed, you really need to send them an e-mail, and they will fix it for you.

yeah i'm currently downloading it. Wanted to post the result when it´s done^^

but so far HoS is working (again) and BaW is downloading.

The intern in charge of the downloader page for witcher 3 made a really shitty job ... The Blood and Wine dlc looks like just a sub item from "Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The - Mac OS X - DLC" ... How hard it's to put it a few lines bellow and with bold font ... <p><b>lazy ass intern</b>
