Ausdog100: Skellige has this issue and been seeing reports of the music being bugged out on Toussaint as well. My problem is i wonder the land, and the music is fine, but i enter a village its dead quiet. Im seeing reports that it's occurring in cut scenes as well. I know they are working on a new patch to fix major issues, hopefully this is one of them because the music sets the bar. It wasn't fun seeing a dramatic scene with nothing but crickets in the background.
