Hi,
not sure if this is the place for bug reports...
updated to 1.10 and soon thereafter I found a pair of horses on the Nilfgaardian camp on the front to the south-west of Novigrad, facing the Rodanians across the sea. For every horse there actually seem to be two horses on the same spot, overlapping each other.
