Went to collect and Pafnuizo is busy pouring over his table. When I try to talk to him he always says the same thing "We're yet to miss another milestone.... How am I to tell the investor" while pouring over his table and blueprints.

I've tried reloading and meditating to get him to do something to no avail.

Having same issue.

I'm having the exact same bug, restarting the game or verifying the data didn't help

This quest is tied to the Lebioda statue renovation. This is the 'final' piece, quest-wise, so go out and complete all other 'Big Feet to Fill' quests (5). When you have done those, and this one, then go back to the foreman, he will take you (via cut scene) to the completed statue.

Still a no go here. cleared all the question marks but the one in the lower s/e can't find the opening however haven't finished the main storyline yet.
