Yep I am having the same problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Remove all mods and/or scripts. Update your game with the latest patch if you install manually. Verify/repair if using Galaxy. This bug is only caused by an inconsistent/corrupt installation. If you are experiencing it, you need to sort your game out.
