I just bought the season pass but do not have an option for downloading heart stone or blood and wine. How does this season pass work? Thank you.

Did you buy it from GOG? If so, it should be in your Account, in the Witcher 3 game listing. You can download from there.

[edit] Ensure you update your game with the latest patch and DLC package first, before installing the expansions...

I have the same issue. No download links under "download extras" or from the gog website.

Gotta figure the servers are getting hit pretty hard. You might try to refresh your account (gog.com/user/refresh) or completely clear your browser cache. If you own the GOG version of Witcher 3, and also bought the season pass, you should - in theory - be able to get the files. If you only just now bought it, maybe there's a little delay, and maybe you can speed things up with one of those options. If not, then...no idea, sorry.

I purchased the pass 3-4 weeks ago, and I used to have the options to download Hearts of Stone but ever since the 1.21 update my whole GOG has stuffed up and pretty much says I don't own anything anymore.
