Hii,
I have an NG+ save I set aside for Blood and Wine, so I could run a new playthrough with all DLC installed.
Thing is, the Blood and Wine quest isn't showing up anywhere in Velen?
IThe DLC shows as installed, but I'm over L 34, and no "Envoys, Wineboys" on any Notice board.
Toussaint shows up on the map, though.
Does it activate after i.e Kaer Morhen or something? Based on the stuff I read, i thought it would be available in Velen from the moment you hit Velen/The Nilfgaardian Connection
