Im playing on NG+ Death March difficulty and every single NPC who i have to fight be it the actualy Fist fighting quest NPC or FIst fight that occur during quests are Red Skull ?? level and one shotting me even though i am higher level than the quests require.

For example the fist of fury quests in Blood and Wine required lvl 66 i was 72 and each Oppenent was Skull ?? and 1 hit would drop me. Next im now having to deal with 3 angry shopkeepers and i just cant seem to spot them from one shotting me at lvl 74. I never had this issue with the fist fights in the Main game and it seems really bloody stupid that Geralt would get his arse handed to him by 3 shop skeepers
