I have all the patches and DLCs installed, plus Heart of Stone, but whenever I try to install BaW I get the message attached in the picture below.

having a simmilar problem.
installed Heart of stone fine and finished the game but BnW fails to detect my game and complains about version.
went back to install 1.2 patch which also doesn't install.
