So one of 2 things seems to happen when loading The Witcher 3. The first thing is it just stays in a black screen indefinately. Every now and then it manages to get past that and load the game. Howevver, when this happens the game is running at 6-18 fps with massive stutters (even in the menu) with by far the worst mouse lag I have ever seen (as in my mouse seems to take control completely and move on its own) instead of the usual 40-60 fps. I have the latest Radeon crimson 16.9 drivers that released yesterday and I have verified the files more than once. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled.
For reference I started up Dark Souls 3 to see if it was an issue with my PC and it ran smooth as usual on max settings.

16gb DDR3 ram
