So I played witcher 3 GOG edition and whenever I play 30 mins or so, the game just freezes, but I can press every key, as like, I hear the game menu or any other sound still running in background...

Check your drivers, they have to be up to date und lower your graphic-settings. Are you experience the same with other games too, or only with Witcher 3? One more thing, If you have oc'd your system, gp back to factory-settings. Witcher 3 is very sensitive in that direction...
