What the title says some what annoyed that there is no option for this.

Mine shows that 1280x768 is available but not 1280x720. I'm on a 16:10 display however and it probably only shows resolutions that match the aspect ratio of the current display. What is your native screen resolution?

Max is 1920x1080 Don't have a problem with doing 1280x720 there just isn't a option for it.

You go to //documents/The Witcher 3/ and look for the file user.settings. Open it with Notepad and look for the line 'Resolution'. Change it to 1280x720, then once you logged on, you change it to fullscreen as it automatically changes the setting to windowed.
