How do you create enhanced\superior oil or bomb, if you don't have standard oil, and its one of ingredients for next level oil. Considering that enhanced receipt overrides previous receipt, so you cant produce basic version.
Can I buy it somewhere? If so, where.

They don't override, at least not for me.

Getting this issue as well. Half of my bombs can't be made anymore because the only recipe for them is the Enhanced one, which requires the base bomb in the first place.
