So i wanted to get back into the game today, and found out that '' ALL '' my save data has vanished after the new patch came out. Anyone else with this problem?

This sucks, I can feel with you :-(
Well, to solve a IT problem you have to first analyze the circumstances. What do you both have in common? System? Software (CCCleaner)? Galaxy for example?
This would be a solution for further people of course, not yourself. If files are gone from your C:\Users\<yourname>\Documents\The Witcher 3\gamesaves, they're gone.
You can ask for a savegame from somebody other, though.

Maybe the patch messed with something and just deactived your DLCs and your saves are not displayed because you can't load them because you lack the DLC? Reenabeling the DLCs would help then. But it's just guessing from my side.
If this is not the case: Well, everyone reading this should manually backup his saves from time to time then.
