Is it possible to add Witcher 3 as a non-Steam game, while GOG Galaxy would still calculate game time and achievements?

I know how to add the game, but sadly that doesn't calculate game time.

I think it doesn't track time, but it does hand out achievements (in Galaxy), even if you start the game directly via .exe.
