Have beaten the game and most of the witcher contracts in the game (+fist fighting, + racing etc)

but none of these achievements have triggered?

Yes, they seem to be broken because I just beat Olaf and didn't get the "Brawler" achievement. The last patch was supposed to fix this but it obviously didn't.
