I've saved my game prior to some fights which I would have a chance at an achievement for, namely:
Fist of the South Star (Brawl with no dmg taken)
Can't Touch This (Kill 5 enemies in one fight without using Quen)
Had to retry a few times to manage, but I didn't get the achievement for either, which is annoying considering I spent a long time trying (load screens argh).
Definitely didn't take any damage as I wasn't even hit on any of those.
If it matters, I run Witcher 3 via GOG Galaxy. I installed it via GOG Galaxy so I don't seem to have an exe file on my PC to run it without.
