I was having trouble installing Disable Movies mod and one of the errs I was getting was saying "no such path" so I renamed my folder to what the mod path was trying to read. Now i can't get Gog to recognize that I even have the game. I've tried renaming again to variations on the name and I must be doing something wrong. I really hate the idea of reinstalling. I have the box, but there's been so many patches since the box version that downloading updates will take forever.

Could someone look at their game folder and tell me exactly how Wild Hunt is listed, including punctuation or lack of. I'm just stuck.

What on earth made you think that was a good idea? There are too many variations -- everybody's is different. It would be much more help for you to give information on what path you have (changed), and what path your shortcut is pointing to.

Well, as I said, I was trying to make it match the path that was being looked for, and I assumed that I could just change it back if I needed to. Unfortunately, I must have not remembered the folder name correctly.

I don't need a full pathname, just the name of the game folder. I've tried:
The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt
The Witcher 3 The Wild Hunt
The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt The
The Witcher 3_Wild Hunt
The Witcher 3 WILD HUNT

I'm running out of ideas of how it could have been worded. I wouldn't think the base game file would be different for other people.

right now my path is C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 WILD HUNT, THE
but that's apparently not right yet. I just need the part that says The Witcher 3..... whatever

My Witcher 3 Folder is called:

"The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt"

Installed with GOG Galaxy.

So your game is installed to 'GOG Games'? Then it's a simple matter of opening Windows Explorer, select your C: drive, and search for 'the witcher', and there you will have it.
