I didnt start game for about 2 months but I did update a month ago which was around couple gb's. Now I need to update whole 19gb's, like wtf ?

Speed isnt a problem but I dont get this.. Any explanation ? It say that I have 1.10 (part 4of4)..

If you only have part 4/4, then you need the other 3 parts. The 1st part is the launcher, and the other 3 are bin files that contain segments of the patch. If you read the patch log you'll understand why the file is so big. Patch 1.10 is the biggest patch and fixes "well over 600 bugs and glitches" in the game.

The patch is roughly 17-19gb big, and if you bought the Hearts of Stone Expansion then you'll have another 3-4gb to download.
