and the game is running to slow with US and aa off and lowes resolution possible i wanna know if i get a SAPPHIRE DUAL-X R7 265 2GB GDDR5 will the game work better?

Yes, will work better, but a 280 card will do more...if you have a budget, maybe we can help with some advice...

I use an nVidia GTX 650 and I play with mostly high settings just fine. I also have 4GB of RAM, but my processor is older, however it is a quad core.

Or maybe I'm too late for the party...
