Will the Witcher 3 GoG Version come with an optinal Steam Key to link the Game with my Other Games in my Libary?

I think a key is a key no matter who you buy it from. You can resister the game with either company.
As for registering Witcher 3 on steam I would investigate if W3 will be handled the same as W2 with the Steam Cloud saves. Basicly when your steam cloud game save space is full and you can't delete the saves very easily your game starts CTD when manually saving.
I just experienced this with steam and W2 and uninstalled it from steam and joined GOG. Now my game runs buttery smooth.
