This is probably a really stupid question, but I seriously can't find them anywhere. I've been running back and forth through Loc Muinne for hours now and whether I play a save file already in Loc Muinne or completely replay play Loc Muinne, I can't find anything that starts the two new quests.

Can someone please explain, in detail, where you find the characters to start the two new quests?

I'm on Iorveth's path, unless I'm missing an entire section of Chapter 3 I don't think I ever met Radavid in the redanian camp in Chapter 3.
