Anyone kowns when exactly will the update patch be released?

I got an error message each time launch the game and I can't save the graphic settings, so I don't know what graphic settings I am playing with. No matter how I change the graphic settings it always runs in the same graphic quality which is deadly slow.

All that has been said by the officials is "some time next week".
