preoloaded then started witcher 2 laucher it finished the dl then installed

If your launcher is borked. restarting your computer apparently helps.

If you're having problems with corrupt files, go to http://en.thewitcher.com/ee_manual/ and download part1 & part2. Overwrite it into pre patch folder, and (I am told) you will be right as rain.
